Exploring Cookbooks: 1953 Encyclopedia of Cooking – Salad

I wrote about Sandwiches & Cake previously. Now its time for salad. This book happens to be mostly gross and full of inedible foods in my opinion. So have fun with it! If you have trouble reading them and want a recipe let me know, some of them are a little hard to see.

Again just look at how colorful this book is! I love that about this series! Book measures 6 by 8 1/2 inches and has 48 pages.
