Monday: PB & J Sandwich, biscotti and tea (had a headache mostly)
Tuesday: homemade hamburger with sautéed onions and a salad loaded with veggies
Saturday: Milo’s – a “fast food” sub shop
Sunday: Grilled cheese with onion, turkey and mayo as well tomato soup
Most mornings I had scrambled eggs and toast (my staple besides oatmeal) but I had peach turnovers 2 days this week (it just looked too good at the store!) and for lunch it was usually a peanut butter or pb & j sandwich. Nothing fancy.
