This was so unbelievably yummy I couldn’t believe it!! I only made one mistake…I used plain rice instead of sushi rice. And sushi rice (the addition of rice vinegar) would have tasted A LOT better!
On the left is a local grown muskmelon
On the right there is a bed of rice topped with squid salad (which I bought frozen at my local Japanese store) and some salmon roe just because. It was a nice addition! All of this was pulled from the freezer and ready in minutes.
Up top you have a bag of animal crackers. My weakness.
