News: New York Times Dining & Wine Section

The Dining & Wine section of the NY Times has caught my attention in a big way. On July 2 for instance Mark Bittman wrote a fabulous article detailing 101 20-minute picnic recipes. Some just sound nasty like beet salad (#1 on the list), but grapes and feta cheese (#7) sounds good. Further down the list you have #49 – squeeze lemon juice over cold pizza. Yummy. The list seriously encompasses foods from all the major food groups and categorizes them together. Love it!!

Today is an article all about chocolate chip cookies and it even includes a kick ass recipe (ok, I still like mine better)! Just doing a search for “recipes” yields TONS of interesting results – like Garlic Fried Milk.
